In 2021, Rob conceived a business idea to establish a Steam Cleaning business with his sons. He recognized the significance of this venture and was pleased to witness his sons, Tate and Paxon, acquire essential customer service, entrepreneurial, and business abilities, as well as the value of perseverance. This was indeed an exciting journey.

After creating a mission statement and business plan, the next step was to acquire a van and equipment. As a result, the "Van and Plan" statement evolved into a "Business in a Van," and RJH and Sons Steam Cleaning was launched.
